SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order arrive?

It takes 1-3 business days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out via Australia Post Standard Shipping. The shipping time will vary depending on your location. 

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

AUSTRALIA: 2-14 business days

INTERNATIONAL: 5-20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

Our Fine Art Cotton Prints are made in NSW, Australia. Your print will ship straight to you from the NSW print shop!

 

Our Paper Prints will ship from the printing shop in VIC, Australia for our Australian customers. For our international customers, the printing will take place in the closest printing facility to you! Therefore, your order will ship from either Japan, California, North Carolina, Mexico, Spain or Latvia.

 

Lastly, our Greeting Cards are shipped from our small business in Southern Tasmania.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Ask your local post office if they have your package. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us via email at info@lanacollection.com.au. Please include your order number in the email. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out (excludes greeting card orders). If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please email info@lanacollection.com.au

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? 

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@lanacollection.com.au within two days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What’s your return policy? 

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@lanacollection.com.au

Do you offer refunds? 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item or a damaged item. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@lanacollection.com.au with photos of the wrong or damaged item and we will sort this out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or product? 

As our products are specially made for each order, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size print to order, check out the description for the measurements listed. Alternately, we can answer any questions you have prior to placing your order. Email any product queries to info@lanacollection.com.au and we will help you out as soon as possible!
